How to Use Mississippi's EOSP for Outschool Classes

Mississippi's EOSP reimburses families for qualified educational expenses. Here's how to use your funds on Outschool.

1
Check your EOSP eligibility and balance
  • Log in to the Mississippi EOSP portal at sos.ms.gov to confirm your child is enrolled and your account is active.

  • Review your available balance and the current reimbursement cycle dates before enrolling in classes.

  • Save classes to your Outschool wish list so you can enroll when you're ready.

2
Browse and choose your Outschool classes
  • Visit outschool.com and search by subject, grade level, or learning style  -  filter by small group or 1:1 for specialized instruction.

  • Look for classes taught by specialist educators experienced with ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, and other learning differences.

  • Download your receipt immediately - you'll need it for the reimbursement submission.

3
Enroll in your class and pay upfront
  • Select your class, choose a meeting time, and complete checkout with any payment method - you'll be reimbursed later.

  • After payment, your receipt is automatically saved to your Outschool account under "Purchase History."

4
Submit receipts during the reimbursement cycle
  • Mississippi EOSP reimburses on a quarterly cycle - gather all Outschool receipts from the period and submit them through the EOSP portal.

  • Log in to sos.ms.gov/ACY/Pages/EOSP.aspx, navigate to the reimbursement section, and upload each receipt.

5
Track your balance and keep booking
  • After reimbursement is processed, your EOSP account balance updates - log in to the portal to see your remaining funds.

  • Continue enrolling in new Outschool classes throughout the school year as your balance allows.

  • Contact the Mississippi Secretary of State's office if you have questions about eligibility or your account status.

Loved by families across the country

“I LOVE OUTSCHOOL!” My children are taking about 5 classes each (huge thanks to the ESA FUNDS!). They are taking enrichment classes like chess, critical thinking, singing lessons, piano lessons, Spanish, and kindergarten classes. I LOVE that we can choose core classes but also classes they want to do on their own. I also love the fact we can choose to do a live classes, self paced, or private 1:1 classes as well. The best part of Outschool? We can choose when we want the class! Early mornings or late evenings.”
