Try learning with confidence. New to Outschool memberships? Try your first two weeks risk-free. If it’s not the right fit, contact Support within 14 days and we’ll refund you the plan amount.

Eligibility:

Must contact Outschool Support within 14 days of your membership purchase date.

To be eligible, you must enroll in a class that starts within 14 days and have at least one learner attend a meeting during that period.

Your family must not have attended more than three total meetings in 14 days.

This guarantee can be used once per account.

Applies only to memberships purchased directly by Parents (not through public funds, gift cards or third-party sources).

Requesting a refund will result in the cancellation of any scheduled classes.

If you do nothing your membership will automatically continue. We reserve the right to limit guarantee eligibility for accounts suspected of abuse, including customers creating multiple memberships. Subject to Outschool’s Terms of Service.
