California “Shine the Light” Disclosure Report
This report is provided pursuant to California Civil Code section 1798.83, commonly referred to as the “Shine the Light” law. The law permits California residents to request information regarding a business’s disclosure of specified categories of personal information to third parties for the third parties’ own direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year.

During the prior calendar year, Outschool disclosed, or may have disclosed, personal information to third parties for the third parties’ own direct marketing purposes as described below.
Additional Information
California residents may submit a Shine the Light request once per calendar year. This disclosure is provided to satisfy Outschool’s obligations under California Civil Code section 1798.83 and does not alter or expand any rights provided under other privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act or California Privacy Rights Act.
