Together Time Terms & Conditions

These Outschool Together Time Terms (“Together Time Terms”) are made by and between Outschool, Inc. ("Outschool," “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“Parent”,“you” or “your'', and each Outschool and Parent is a "Party" and together, the "Parties") regarding your access and use to the Together Time class offerings. Outschool’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Standards are hereby incorporated into these Together Time Terms (collectively, the "Agreement"). Where Together Time Terms differ from the Terms of Service or other Outschool policies or additional requirements, these Together Time Terms shall prevail relating to the Together Time class offering. By enrolling and attending Together Time classes, each Parent agrees to accept the terms of this Agreement.

1. Together Time Classes

The Outschool Together Time (“Together Time”) classes are an offering for a child who is between the ages of 1 to 2 years old (the “Learner”). Together Time is intended for joint participation by both the Parent and the Learner, and attendance by both is mandatory. For purposes of Together Time only, a caregiver can attend the class in place of the Parent. By enrolling and attending the class, you agree to supervise, or have a caregiver supervise, your Learner during all sessions. 

Further, you agree that for purposes of Together Time classes, a Learner is a child who is between the ages of 1 to 2 years old. 

2. Termination by Us

We may terminate your participation on Together Time at our discretion without notice. We will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine violates the Agreement, or any applicable law, or is harmful to our interests or another User. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with the Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights. 

3. Miscellaneous

Outschool reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to develop and launch new products or services or make changes to any products or services related to Together Time, without limitation to, terminating the Together Time offering, at any time. 

Headings. The section headings throughout the Agreement are provided for ease of reference only and shall have no legal effect.

Waiver and Severability. If either party chooses to waive any of their rights or fails to enforce any provision of this Agreement, it does not mean that the party is waiving any other rights or will not enforce those provisions in the future. The waiver or failure to enforce any rights or provisions does not excuse the other party from fulfilling their obligations under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction by a court or authority, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement s to such jurisdiction (but, to the extent permitted by law, not elsewhere), and shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Outschool and governs your access to and use of Together Time, superseding any prior agreements between you and Outschool with respect to Together Time. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or third party services, third party content or third party software in connection with your access to Together Time.
