My name is Sercie, and I love capturing people and their expressions in my art. I have five siblings (three biological), so I’m always surrounded by different personalities that inspire my drawings. I did my entire kindergarten year on Outschool, and my teacher Shelby is still in my life today. Art is my escape and a way to express myself. I created this piece on my tablet using a digital pencil and focused on giving the character a playful, confident personality.

Ella is inspired by architecture, understated details, and God’s creations. Reviving Impressionism through the Abstract, she blends varied perspectives, inviting viewers into the canvas. Ella curates a relationship between her art and the beholder, carefully conscious of each piece’s lasting persuasion. This large-scale floral is inspired by the cottage gardens in the front yard of her family home. Gardening and painting swirl together, lifting the viewer’s thoughts to the Creator of it all.

Totally Awesome Outdoor Show, is a YouTube channel about bushcraft, survival and living in the woods, and it really inspires me! My name is Matthew and in this drawing I wanted to show camping on the edge of the woodland. I really feel the warmth of the fire and I'm so happy about it.

This piece was inspired by real life experiences and Victorian art. The girl is painting a raven, which represents grief. There is a sunset outside and an old willow tree. Her room is messy, but she still draws. This is a piece on loss, and time moving on without you. I used my grief from past experiences as my inspiration to get better at art, so that maybe, I can somehow reach them again. I know I probably won't win the competition, but I wanted to show that 'inspiration' can be anything.

This beautiful Scarlet Macaw is listening to the sound of nature and wondering if she should stay or fly away into the canopy of the Amazon. I am inspired by nature. I am 13 years old. Art brings me peace, so when I draw the nature around me, I feel we are one.

My name is Mariko, and I love to draw, both physical and digital. I also love music, and I was inspired by this Kpop idol, Wonyoung. She's part of the group, IVE, and seeing her unbelievable talent of singing and dancing makes me feel happy. I just wanted to share my love for music and drawing through this piece.

Hi, my name is Coraline. This piece is a block print.it was inspired by my trips to Paris and Lisbon. I loved watching the pigeons. They are one of my favorite animals because they are intelligent, cute, silly, and most importantly unique.I gave my pigeon a hat to highlight it being so different among birds so i guess this piece was inspired by differences. They are one of the weirdest birds and I think that makes them infinitely more interesting. This print makes me feel playful and happy.

I woke up one morning with a burst of energy and the urge to create something, and even without a plan, the image of a hot air balloon came to mind and felt right to follow. I wanted this piece to reflect a calm and peaceful feeling, so I focused on creating a sense of stillness through the overall mood. This artwork represents how no matter where life takes you, there will always be a place to pause, breathe, and simply exist, showing the importance of finding peace in the journey.

My main inspirations for art are imagination and fantasy. I love making mystical creatures and they incline me to do what I love: drawing. While I love drawing fantasy animals, I also enjoy drawing still lives and realistic portraits. I added hints of both reality and fantasy through everyday items and magical items, like the socks or the floating musical notes.

Hello, my name is Phoenix. I do not do art that often, but I do enjoy it. I did this in my preferred art style (the only one I do) which is a standard pencil and a fine point pen (also one of those super satisfying clicky eraser things). The thing that inspired me to draw this (besides the prize) was I was just thinking of what to draw, and I just started drawing, and bing-bada-boom, I had a picture.

Hi! My name is Sami and I am 16 yrs old. I want to be a fashion designer when I'm older, so I decided to do a fashion inspired piece. From left to right the different era's are: Ancient Greece, Renaissance, Victorian, 1950's and Modern Day. Ancient Greece is an extra special era to me as I love Greek Mythology. My picture shows the ladies holding hands to represent the various era's of fashion history that designers still draw upon today.

My drawing is titled “Time.” It shows a watch my father received from his father and later gave to me. The watch is special because it has been passed down through my family. It reminds me of the strong connection between my grandfather, my dad, and me. When I see it, I think about the special moments we have shared. The watch makes me feel proud and more mature, and it represents our family tradition and the memories we will carry for generations.

My artwork is inspired by my grandpa and watching beautiful, colorful sunsets. I always wanted to get to know my grandpa, so in my artwork is me and him walking in a beautiful winter forest, as the sun sets. My grandpa always dressed nicely, and wore a nice old fashion hat. He loved nature and taught my mom how to throw river rocks that skid on lakes. My mom always tells me stories about him, and what he was like. It takes me to a different time and I am happy he was my grandpa.

Art can be so different and have so many meanings, but this piece inspires me because it shows that even the smallest, quiet things have strength and resilience. It reminds me that I am strong even when I’m quiet. By facing obstacles with heart and hard work, I’ll find my way through the overwhelming moments. Above all, it shows I can grow with quiet strength and steady hope, as long as I keep trying and have the confidence to do so.

This painting is inspired by SZA’s SOS album cover, where she’s sitting alone at the edge of a diving board surrounded by the ocean. That image was based on a famous photo of Princess Diana sitting the same way on a yacht in 1997. I wanted to capture a similar feeling of isolation and not belonging, even as the world watches. The blue tones represent calm on the outside but sadness underneath.

My name is Aarya, and I love drawing animals. I was inspired to create this piece because I enjoy studying how animals look and trying to capture their expressions and personalities. I especially liked working on the eyes and fur to make the drawing come alive. This artwork makes me feel proud and excited, and it inspires me to keep practicing and getting better at art.

I am a intensive dancer, and perform in many different genres of dance. But a favorite of mine is ballet. Recently, I was invited to go en pointe and received my first pair of pointe shoes. I am inspired to work hard and improve in ballet and pointe!

I enjoy Lego's, reading, building science kits, gaming, nature, and spending time with my family and friends. I also like baseball, swimming, diving, and taekwondo. My art piece was inspired by my uncle. It is colorful with a splash of teeth added in to make the piece Awsome with a dinosaur twist.

My name is Vika, and when I grow up, I want to be an artist. I believe art is a great hobby and profession, and it can make people very happy. I drew this penguin as a mascot that can inspire people to do art and be creative and imaginative. Her name is Aurora Boreartist. Art makes her life brighter, and it maker her brighter too, see, she is not just plain black like other penguins. And she wants to show that art make make everyone else's life brighter too.

I love art and have been studying it since preschool. I spend much of my free time at art classes or drawing in my sketchbook. This art was inspired by the snow we had this year and my love for nature especially highland cows. I hope to be an artist when I grow up.
My piece is a symbol of creativity and perfection in my mind. Art Makes Life and Life Makes Art, that's what this is all about. My inspiration for this art is my life and that is why it's called Life Makes Art! From, AP

I painted this because I love surfing and the tropics. I wanted to make a big, bright wave and a warm sunset. I used lots of colors to show the sky and the water moving. The wave is my favorite part because it feels strong and fun, like riding a wave. I just painted what I imagined and let it flow like the ocean.

I competitively figure skate. I am at the ice rink almost everyday for about 2 hours. People tend to underestimate figure skating, saying it's petty or materialistic. Or they're impressed, only seeing the stage and the dresses, not the work it took to get there. Hard work, perseverance, and effort all go into it. The friends, coaches, and supportive parents all play a role making even daily practice wonderful. There's always something about stepping out onto the ice that always feels magical.

Hello!I have two guinea pigs(one named coconut and one named coal),which I adopted 10 months ago. My favorite show is Hannah Montana. My piece was inspired by hanging out with my mom and looking out into the sunset with her. It makes me feel calm, that's why I named it "The Peaceful Summer".🌸

My name is Cedar and I love to play, draw, paint, laugh, sing, dance and be helpful. I had so much fun painting and decorating this life size drawing of myself as a super she-ro! I like princesses and being able to help people, so I drew myself as a Princess She-ro. It made me feel strong and free!

Hi, I'm Bay and ever since I was little, I've loved drawing my favorite characters and making up my own, giving them past and motivation. I've also always loved role-playing (and later, DND). I could take a break from the real world and go on an epic quest. Then I got Minecraft. The fact that you could create your own world and style of playing was so inspiring. So I took those three interests and challenged myself to draw my Minecraft character, and I was happily surprised by the result!!

Hello, my name is Laila. I never seen space and I want to see it one day. That’s why I made this art piece. I’d like to get into the rocket and fly to the space. My favorite planet is Saturn and the Earth. We live on the Earth and I love our home planet. Thank you.

I’m Devon and I’m 9 years old. This drawing is about how when we protect even the smallest life, we protect the world. This is a drawing of “Kim the Bee from the top limb of the tree” which is a character from a story my dad made up for my brother and I at bed time. Thank you for reading

Sometimes as humans, we forget the true meaning of life. Sometimes we can get addicted to our phones, our iPads, anything that is technology related and we can sometimes forget how beautiful nature really is. Sometimes when I’m stressed I take my dog out for a walk. When it’s nice out everything is so peaceful, you can forget everything that is bothering you in your life. Nature has inspired me to draw this picture because it brings me the most peace and happiness when I’m feeling overwhelmed.

I love different kind of arts. I play the guitar, I paint and I create movies in stop motion. I love learning about space and paint from my imagination. When I was at a school’s overnight nature trip, I saw the starts and it inspired me. This paining makes me wonder if this galaxy can exist and where it would be. The beautiful colors make me feel peaceful when I look at it.

I am a girl with six siblings (five are half). My stuffies have always been my imaginary friends with their own personalities. They could talk to me (not in real life). We even played school. This bunny was always happy. When I felt sad, I would talk to this bunny and feel better. When I saw this bunny on my desk, I decided to draw it. Looking at this drawing I feel proud and confident of my artwork.

So about myself, I always love musical pieces, playing instruments, and art. However, considering the fact that I don't even play the Guitar, I just thought that the instrument is a vibrant way of expressing my thought, and when I did this piece of art, I made sure to include a bit of colorful explosion. It gives me great joy when I finished my art .

I love drawing and 3D art because I like creating things with my hands and imagination. This piece is a macaw that I made after learning about birds. I was inspired by how colorful and beautiful they are. I used oil pastels and watercolor to make different textures and bright colors especially on the feathers and the background. This artwork makes me feel like anything is possible. A macaw can fly wherever it wants and I think our imagination can fly too, just like a macaw.

I love painting and I created this piece by not trying too hard. I used various materials and a lot of paint! The physical painting is almost like 3D style. Its hanging up in my living room and its A4 size. Most people think I used some artists knives but I did not! Its sponges and brushes.

Hello I'm Eloise. I painted Cat With A Pearl Earring a year ago when I joined an art school near my home. It was my first piece in acrylic and if you couldn't already guess, it was inspired by Girl With A Pearl Earring. I adore cats as I have 2 of my own, but what I love even more is pearls!!!!
I originally planned to make an AWESOME obby animation, but sadly, it was too much, and either way, the animation I showed to you guys is better. I'm kinda shy, I like to animate simple things, and I was inspired by the animation by what I wished I could do IRL. The animation makes me feel a little disappointed; it isn't what I thought I would make, and it kinda sucks. But it still works. Also, the name "Down but not done" comes from one scene from the animation. I hope I get a good score! bye!

This was inspired by things I’ve loved since I was a child, like princesses, their large sweeping gowns, and my old music box with a small ballerina. I wanted this to feel nostalgic, magical, and warm. Her appearance is based off myself, her tiara is inspired by the old plastic toy crowns I used to dress up with, and her dress is a fusion of all the different classical dress styles I love.

I'm Helen Horne. I drew this because she is one of my favorite characters in a game called Cookie Run Kingdom. She was once a virtue called Sugar of Happiness but she turned evil along with her other beast friends and refuses to let anyone leave her Heart of Paradise. Drawing this made me feel artistic!

I have always loved outer space, but for longest time I did not like dinosaurs. Two things changed my mind about dinosaurs this last year. 1 - I began playing a video game that taught me all about dinosaurs. 2 - My mom made up bedtime stories for my brothers and I featuring the characters in my drawing. When I look at this picture I feel like I have connected three things that are very special to me, my family, astronomy and my new appreciation for dinosaurs all in one piece of art.

When You stand in an art museum you get Immersed in cultures, feelings, and different time periods. When l look at an art piece l get to feel something from the artist perspective. I think it’s amazing to see peoples dreams, get brought to life on a canvas. That’s my Favorite part of the art museum. I love drawing. The moment when my pencil touches the paper I have the freedom to create whatever I want and to truly express myself.

I am Layla, and I love a lot of mascot horror (a media that makes a setting with a mascot scary!) I made this art piece with a character from Indigo Park, which is a game I love a lot! I think Rambley the Racoon, who is the mascot and digital guide character! I decided to draw him to show my love for the game!

I am entering my art because the ocean inspires me so much. It is something my mom and I both love and it makes me feel happy and calm. I recently got to go scuba diving and seeing life underwater was way better than learning in a book. I love nature and animals and the ocean has so much of both. It is powerful but also peaceful. I love sitting with my mom, watching the sunset, and talking. Those moments are special to me and mean a lot. I love painting scenes, and my mom loves watching me.

I am a girl who lives in an RV and travels around the U.S. with my family—two parents, two sisters and our two cats, Sage and Juniper. I have been drawing ever since I can remember and am usually drawing whenever I can. My piece was inspired by a photo of Juniper, taken after my sisters and I dressed her up. I feel very happy that she was such a good model, and think she looks very elegant and regal.

I was inspired by the way ancient civilizations used the night sky to know where they were going. I wanted to convey that in my drawing, but also how things might look messy and complicated until you look at the big picture, like the art style of Starry Night.

This piece symbolises the coming of spring as the snow melts, the sun comes out, and the flowers bloom. The feeling of the fresh cool breeze, and the sun on your face. It depicts a self-portrait holding my favorite flower. Even when the dark seems to last forever, the sun will come.
